We offer flat rate shipping for all UK orders up to the value of £60.00 and FREE SHIPPING for all orders above £60.00.
All orders are shipped from the UK and may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes. Please check your local customs office for more information.

All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail and will arrive within 2 – 4 days.
Orders from within the EU will typically take 5 – 10 days but in some instances, it can take longer.
Orders from outside of the EU will typically take 10 – 21 days but in some instances, it can take longer.
Simply add the product to your basket and when the order is complete a link to download the item is displayed on the order ‘Thank You’ page. Plus you will also be emailed a link to download the file.
Before reporting a package lost, please allow 14 days for all UK orders and 21 days for European orders. Unfortunately, we can't replace items lost in the post.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No Refund available on Digital Items or Gift cards.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed by us within 7 days. Processing times with your Bank may vary.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will ensure we receive your returned item. If we do not receive your item, we cannot issue a refund.
